John DuBose
John DuBose started with DuBose Home Inspection in 2015. John is a member of American society of home inspectors (ASHI) and the South Carolina Chapter of ASHI. John is also a member of South Carolina Association of Home Inspectors. John has been a loyal member, gaining valuable information through their continuing education program.
He has been able to achieve the highest accreditation ASHI gives, ASHI Certified Inspector, in the short period of a year-and-a-half. Since starting with DuBose Home Inspection he has completed over 1000 home inspections. John is now serving as Treasurer of the ASHI Chapter and is the President of DuBose Home Inspection, Inc. He graduated from Clemson University with a BS degree in business management.
John is a strong believer in education and encourages his clients to follow along on their home inspection and ask questions about the operation of their new home. He is married to Alice Burks DuBose and they live in northeast Columbia. They have a daughter Mary.

David DuBose
DuBose Home Inspection, Inc. was started by David DuBose in 2003. David has been active in the South Carolina Association of Home Inspectors (SCAHI) serving as Vice-President and President. He also has been active in the South Carolina Chapter of ASHI, the American Society of Home Inspectors. He has held the offices of Treasurer, Vice-President, and President. David has attended several of the ASHI Leadership Conferences as well as several Inspection World Conferences.
David now serves ASHI as a member the Membership Relations Committee. David has been teaching the 40 hr. course required by the State of SC before you can become a licensed home inspector since 2009. David is a strong believer in education and encourages his clients to follow along on their home inspection and ask questions about the operation of their new home.
David is also active in his church and has been a City Councilman for the City of Newberry for 10 years. David is married to Jennie Cottingham DuBose and they have 3 children, Sally, Carl, and John along with 4 grandchildren.
